The food smelled bad and the dishes were gross. The beer bar sat behind kids and Muslim people. It did not make sense.

An AMAZING Experience!

This place IMPRESSED me! We had a Regency Romance room. We received celebrity treatment from day one! Mr Ramadan Mohamed, a manager, checked on us daily, a VERY nice touch. Ali kept our room immaculate, providing fresh bedding and towels daily. The swim-up pool was inspected multiple times daily, water samples were taken too!
The Oriental restaurant, while good, could expand its menu. It would be great with even more authentic dishes. The menu has potential. More variety would elevate the experience.

The staff provided quick response times and proactive assistance. Issues were addressed efficiently and effectively. Requests were handled promptly, and employees provided detailed information. The staff seemed very dedicated to guest satisfaction.

The pools were VERY clean with monitored water quality. Lounge chairs and towels are readily available . Restaurants provided diverse options with attention to food safety. Equipment received regular maintenance and was in good condition.

FABULOUS stay!

I had a REALLY amazing time at this resort! The rooms were always super clean, thanks to EL Saied who provided fantastic service. The recreation team, including Mr Zaki and Mr Ramy, ensured that the beach, pools, and aqua park remained safe and energetic. They were fantastic. I enjoyed the oriental restaurant, especially the FANTASTIC food prepared by Chef Mohamed.

The front office staff provided quick check-in services and luggage assistance to guest rooms, so first impressions were positive. Housekeeping delivered towel art dailywith a sweet surprise. This really brightened my stay. The towel service at the pool was prompt and attentive.

The Italian restaurant offered a tender and flavorful beef fillet. It was tasty. I was served at the Italian restaurant by Ehab and Chef Khalid, and the service was awesome. The oriental restaurant provided excellent food, and I would highly recommend a visit.

The hotel is located near the beach, with access to amazing views and invigorating air, so my soul came back. Taxi service is readily available for trips outside of the area. Transportation to and from the hotel was smooth and efficient. It was helpful.

Pools were clean and tidy, with sun loungers in really good condition. I had fresh towels available every day with my towel card. They were large. The pools, aqua park, and beach facilities were always kept super clean. It was a pleasure. The hotel had spacious rooms. Everything was great.
